Role Overview
As our HR Platform Marketing Consultant, you will be the driving force behind platform adoption and professional development. You’ll forge partnerships with companies and HR firms—guiding them through Zambia WorkWork’s features—and design engaging HR enrichment activities that keep our community learning, networking, and growing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Adoption

    • Identify, engage, and onboard companies and HR consultancies onto ZambiaWorkWork.com
       
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and Q&A workshops
       
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and platform support
       
  • HR Enrichment & Community Building

    • Develop and deliver webinars, workshops, and e-learning modules on topics such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
       
    • Curate resource libraries (toolkits, templates, best-practice guides) for platform users
       
    • Plan and host virtual and in-person networking events and roundtables
       
  • Customer Success & Feedback

    • Monitor user engagement metrics and collect feedback to inform platform improvements
       
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create help-center content and promotional materials
       

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
     
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or HR consulting
     
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading both small workshops and large webinars
     
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication
     
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, webinar software, CRM systems) is an advantage.
     
  • Familiarity with Zambian labor laws and HR best practices
