Role Overview
We are inviting applications from passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Interns. In this role, you will be allocated to various products to help us fully test and refine our platforms as well as support our media and content team as part of their testing and feedback work. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment –- and to position yourself for possible future paid opportunities within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Simulate real user journeys across web and mobile platforms
• Test features for functionality, usability, and performance
• Identify, document, and report bugs and areas for improvement
• Work closely with the product and testing teams to resolve issues
• Contribute ideas to help enhance product quality and user experience
  
   

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree (any field — backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, Geoinformatics, or related areas are an advantage)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web and mobile platforms
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
